TERMS OF SALE AND USE.
Version 2026-09-15-v6 · effective 15 September 2026.
1. Who we are
This service is operated by UP FOR GRABS, at Office 8241AV
182-184 High Street North
Area 1/1
East Ham
London
E6 2JA
United Kingdom. Contact: support@upforgrabs.shop. Company and VAT numbers are displayed here when applicable.
2. Accounts and eligibility
Purchases, UP Credits, Arcade redemptions and Trading Outpost activity require a signed-in account with a verified email. You must have legal capacity to enter the relevant contract; anyone under 18 must use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information.
3. Digital registry products, adverts and card packs
Registry purchases create personalised digital records associating a public display name with an available number, date, word, colour, map tile or voxel block. They do not transfer copyright, trade marks, real-world property or legal ownership of an underlying concept, place, planet or celestial body.
A Job Centre purchase assigns one of 100,000 public digital advertising squares for £1. It is advertising space, not employment, endorsement, verification or a promise of views, sales or results. Submitted images remain private until approved through moderation.
Each card pack contains five randomly selected digital cards under the odds and pack rules shown before payment. Draws are made independently where stated, duplicate cards are possible and opening a pack adds its cards to the purchaser’s private Card Binder.
4. Ordering, prices and contract formation
The item, main characteristics, total price including taxes and any discount, and the applicable terms are shown before the final payment or redemption button. You can correct the form before submitting it. Paid digital purchases are processed in pounds sterling by Stripe. A paid contract forms only after Stripe confirms payment and we accept and create the claim. A complimentary checkout forms when we accept and create the claim.
An Arcade submission initially reserves the displayed Credits. Published rewards have unlimited request availability, so submitting a redemption does not consume a finite website stock counter. For a reward whose exact model, size, style, ingredients, platform or specification still needs confirmation, it is a conditional redemption request only. We will send the exact details to your verified email before ordering the reward. The reward contract forms when you approve those details in writing. You may decline them and receive all reserved Credits back.
5. Immediate digital supply and cancellation
For registry records, Job Centre squares and card packs, checkout requires an express request for immediate digital supply and an acknowledgement that the normal 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. If that consent is not given, checkout does not proceed. Change-of-mind cancellation is normally unavailable after the digital content has been supplied, but statutory remedies remain where it is faulty, not as described or not supplied correctly.
6. UP Credits
UP Credits are promotional loyalty points, not money, electronic money, stored value or a bank balance. They cannot be bought, withdrawn for cash, sold, transferred between accounts or used outside UP FOR GRABS. Under the current programme, one UP Credit is earned for every penny actually paid on an eligible settled live GBP purchase made after the programme start date. Redemptions do not reduce lifetime status progress.
A refund, chargeback or other payment reversal removes the corresponding Credits. If Credits have already been spent, the balance may become negative and future Credits first clear that balance. Credits currently have no scheduled expiry. We may make reasonable prospective programme changes for legal, security or operational reasons, but will give reasonable notice of material changes and will not remove accrued Credits arbitrarily. Fraud, automation, account abuse or payment manipulation can result in suspension, reversal or cancellation after review.
7. Arcade rewards and availability
Arcade rewards are fixed-Credit redemptions, not random draws. The redemption page identifies the reward, description, Credits required, unlimited request availability, delivery country and any choice or confirmation still required. Unlimited refers to the number of redemption requests accepted by the website; it does not guarantee that every supplier or exact product variant will remain available indefinitely. No additional cash payment is taken for standard GB delivery at redemption.
Submitting a valid request deducts the displayed Credits but does not consume a finite stock counter. Manual review is limited to verifying account eligibility, delivery details, fraud or abuse indicators and any required product choice. If we cannot fulfil the advertised reward, or you decline a proposed exact variant before it is ordered, we will cancel the redemption and restore all Credits. We will not substitute a materially different product without your written agreement.
Product artwork is illustrative unless the description identifies an exact model. Physical goods are supplied new unless the redemption page clearly says otherwise. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to statutory rights.
8. Delivery and risk
Physical rewards are currently delivered only to the countries displayed on the redemption page, presently GB for the standard catalogue. Standard delivery is included and no separate delivery charge is collected at redemption. We will deliver within 30 days after the reward contract forms unless a different period is expressly agreed with you. Tell support promptly if delivery details are wrong.
Risk in physical goods passes when the recipient or a person identified by the recipient takes physical possession. We may use a supplier or courier for fulfilment. Tracking information is shown or sent when available. A digital gift-card code is delivered to the verified account email.
9. Physical reward cancellation and returns
For a physical reward ordered at a distance, you may normally cancel without giving a reason from contract formation until 14 days after the day the goods are received. Tell us clearly by email or by using the model cancellation wording below. You then have 14 days to return the goods. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct return cost and for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
After receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they were sent back where applicable, we will restore the Credits due within 14 days. Any statutory exception applies only where the law permits it and it was clearly disclosed before the reward contract formed. Cancellation rights do not affect rights concerning faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
10. Digital gift cards
The Gaming Gift Card reward has a £50 face value. The available Xbox, PlayStation or Steam platform and GB-region restrictions are selected or confirmed before supply. It is subject to the issuing platform’s lawful redemption, account and expiry rules, which will be disclosed before the reward contract forms.
Immediate email supply requires a separate express request and acknowledgement that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once the code is supplied. If the code has not yet been supplied, you may ask to cancel and have the Credits restored. Statutory remedies remain if a supplied code is invalid, already used, faulty or not as described.
11. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed rewards
Physical goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known to us. Digital content must also meet applicable statutory standards. Contact support with the redemption reference and evidence of the problem. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we will arrange repair, replacement, repeat supply or restoration of Credits. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.
12. Card Binder and Trading Outpost
The Card Binder records digital-card quantities associated with an account. It is not a financial wallet and cards have no guaranteed cash value. A refund or chargeback on the purchase that generated a claim or pack can revoke the related entitlement and associated card awards, including after a trade.
Trading Outpost listings last seven days and offers last up to 48 hours or until the listing ends. Listed and offered claims are temporarily reserved. Accepting an offer permanently and atomically transfers the displayed claims and their associated Card Binder awards between the two accounts. Trades do not transfer money or UP Credits, are not sales between users and cannot normally be undone merely because either party changes their mind. Statutory rights and corrections for fraud or technical error remain unaffected.
13. Referrals and the Referral Jar
A referred new customer receives one single-use 10% token after verifying their email. After that customer’s first qualifying live Stripe payment succeeds, the referrer receives one single-use 10% token. Each token applies to one STANDARD item whose original price is no more than £2.99. Only one token can be used per order; tokens do not combine, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Self-referrals, matching verified emails, test payments, automation and manipulation do not qualify. A refund or chargeback reverses the token created by that order.
14. Reactions, Chaos XP and achievements
Signed-in verified accounts may use listed reactions on eligible public Registry items, earn streaks and unlock achievements where those features are enabled. A reaction can be changed where the interface permits, but only one current response per account is counted for the same reaction target.
Chaos XP, streaks, achievements and any future Registry Citizen number are status features only. They are not money, UP Credits, property, financial instruments, prizes or evidence of account value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, withdrawn, converted into cash or used to obtain paid products or Arcade rewards. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent or technically incorrect status entries and may suspend a feature for safety, security or maintenance.
Achievement attribution follows the account holder’s public-profile and achievement-visibility choices. Reports about eligible Registry content are confidential submissions to authorised reviewers, and the reporter’s identity is not shown to the reported account. Feature flags may keep a module unavailable until technical, data-protection or moderation checks are complete.
If we take down or restrict access to your content, or suspend or ban you, in breach of these terms, you retain the right to bring a claim for breach of contract subject to the usual legal requirements. You may first ask Support for human review using the appeal process in the Community Guidelines.
15. User content, links and moderation
You are responsible for submitted names, captions, images, words and links and must have all permissions needed to publish them. Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, unsafe, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, infringing or privacy-invasive material. External sites are operated by their owners and are not endorsed or controlled by us. Community participation must also follow the Community Guidelines. We may reject, hide or remove content or activity, disable links, reverse abusive reactions or status entries, or restrict accounts where reasonably required by law, safety, provider rules or these terms. Moderation does not erase an underlying transaction record that must be retained.
16. Availability, service changes and payment events
Unique registry items and listed stock may be reserved for a limited checkout period. We do not promise uninterrupted service, but will use reasonable care and will not reduce statutory remedies. A full refund or lost chargeback can revoke a claim and owner controls; an open payment dispute can suspend entitlement while it is investigated. Partial refunds reduce recorded net spend and reverse the corresponding UP Credits.
17. Account deletion and retained records
Account deletion is confirmed through a single-use email link and is permanent. It pseudonymises the account, removes access, releases active claims, closes pending checkouts and forfeits unused promotional benefits. It does not itself cancel or refund completed contracts and does not restrict statutory rights. Minimal payment, consent, fulfilment, dispute, fraud-prevention and audit records may be retained where reasonably required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. See the Privacy Notice for details.
18. Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by breach and not for business losses where you act as a consumer. English law applies; consumers retain mandatory protections and court rights that apply where they live.
19. Support, complaints and model cancellation wording
Contact support@upforgrabs.shop or use the Support page with your account email and order or redemption reference. Do not send a password, full card details or a complete payment-card number. We will investigate payment, delivery, returns, account, privacy and moderation complaints. This does not restrict the right to use a court, regulator, alternative dispute route where applicable, or the UK Information Commissioner for data-protection complaints.
